LAMP OF KNOWLEDGE & FAREWELL
St. Stephen's School, Togan [New Chandigarh] organized the Lamp of Knowledge ceremony for the outgoing Class XII on Saturday, February 04, 2023. It was a solemn occasion in which students of Class XII passed the Lamp of Knowledge to the Class XI students. With the sincere and heartfelt participation of all concerned, the words of commendation and motivation for each student of Class XII were addressed by the school Principal Mr Roy da Silva who spoke on behalf of the Director Respected Carver Sir, Managing Trustee Diana Ma'am, Co-ordinators, teachers and the parents of the outgoing students. These words of encouragement were received by the students with nostalgic pride towards the alma mater and all the teachers involved in the long journey from the time the students first entered the portals of this hallowed temple of learning. This special event was not without good camaraderie, music, fun and party games for the outgoing Class XII followed by a sumptuous lunch for all the teachers and the attending students bringing to a close a most memorable day in the annals of the school.
