A student centred approach has been adopted. In St Stephen's School, we harness the potential of students in an academically stimulating environment based on a world class international system. The student centred approach which we follow puts the learner at the heart of the learning process.

Students play an active role in the class rooms, taking every responsibility for their learning and develop independent thinking skills. Importance is given to every child to encourage the development of the characteristics required for a qualitative life long learning motivation, self evaluation, peer assessment, time management different forms of teaching like deep questioning, self review, peer review, comments rather than remarks, understanding and having access to aims and objectives, understanding next steps and collaborative learning.
